After hanging up her successful career delivering newborns, a new one created space to use her penmanship writing wickedly tantalizing and sometimes tragically twisted stories. Though writing romance/erotica novels are a delightfully guilty pleasure.
As a lover of happily ever after and slow burns, her novels will always be a deliciously emotional journey with a dash of humour, the odd touch of Sci-Fi or Fantasy, and healthy doses of spice.

In Feburary 2025, Amazon updated their T&Cs. In that update, digital books became licensed based sales. Readers now risk losing their digital purchases at Amazon’s discretion as downloading beyond a Kindle app or device has been removed. As an author, it is important any reader investing their hard earned money has outright ownership.
Amazon demands exclusitivity of digital ebooks when in Kindle Unlimited. Sadly, they do not provide adequate protection against pirating. Such sites harvest through this subscription method. To complicate matters, if Amazon finds an author’s book on said sites when scraping through the internet, the author can loose their Amazon account, any unpaid royalites (up to 60 days worth) and banned from selling on Amazon platform again.
It was an unacceptable risk.
2023 changed everything.
Medically trained, with an additional masters degree in hospital management. I believed academic writing vs. creative wasn’t all too different. That as fiction, the ‘writing it my way trope’ was fine.
Wrong…
So, so wrong.
His Lost Obsession fast went viral and to #3 on Amazon in less than 48hrs. Poor grammar quickly tanked it to a 3.5 star rating. Most enjoyed the story, but not my aversion for grammar looking little grubs surfacing from the line.
Yes, I hired a line editor, and accepted most of their suggestions. But, I was also scammed. They weren’t an editor. Hence why I went off-grid. I did a PgDip in creative writing/editing to educate myself, and never be fooled again.
But I did not stop there. I learnt font creation. Digital books deserve pretty chapter titles and in text alterations. Still that didn’t feel enough, and I learnt the fundamental Adobe product list, from illustrator, photoshop to after effects. I have drawn from a young age, and creating my own covers had always been a dream of mine. But there was more to my learning, including software to compose orchestral music for a series I was working on when my life flipped upside down.
I know the bridge was burned with some readers, but I’m hoping by offering the first 5 chapters free, it will help some swim back.
